Job description
Join our team as an Executive - CSR and Activation Projects! The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the company's CSR projects and initiatives. S/he will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive projects in select locations and maximize the impact of CSR efforts.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of CSR projects, obtaining regulatory approvals, selecting service providers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, managing performance metrics and project related communications. This role necessitates strong project management skills, expertise in stakeholder engagement, and a sincere commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate the company's CSR projects and initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders
Manage and oversee the implementation of CSR projects in select locations
Obtain regulatory approvals and select service providers
Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and manage performance metrics and project-related communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sociology, sustainability, social sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR project management, or related fields
Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainable development goals, and corporate citizenship practices
Proven track record of managing and supervising complex projects, especially in rural areas
Exposure to engaging stakeholders and government authorities and delivering impactful results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, influence others, and build partnerships
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive innovation
Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CSR reporting platforms/programs
