Responsibilities
Assist with managing employee grievances
Ensure accurate record-keeping through Human Capital reconciliation
Coordinate disciplinary processes
Facilitate the Verification of Personnel process and support recruitment activities for Executive and Intern positions
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programmes to support employee growth and organizational success
Requirements
An undergraduate or fresh graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management
Sound communication and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management
Strong team working skills
